If you have a passion for Soccer or just up for some fun then why not join UCC Ladies Soccer Club. We are a growing club within UCC who have had major success over the past few years. We are fortunate enough to have an individual mix of talent and passion in our coaches and in our members. We cater for all types of players, whether you’re an international or just want to improve your overall skill set; we are the club for you.
We field two teams: Premier and Development. Our Premier squad plays at top level and our development squad play at intermediate level. We’re delighted to be able to host two teams and nurture fantastic young talent. If you wish to play at more of a recreational as opposed to serious level, work on improving your overall skill set with the opportunity to break into the first team then our development squad is perfect for you. However if you wish to play at top varsity level, Premier may be preferred.
Ladies Soccer has grown substantially over the past few years at varsity level so here at UCC we want to keep growing and improving. Both our Premier and Development squads have seen major success over the past few years. In 2013 our Premier Ladies won the Intervarsities and just last year our Development squad reached the All Ireland Semi-finals.
Our committed coaching staff along with the fantastic support from the Mardyke fitness coaches have the ability to get the best out of us on the pitch. With endless encouragement from all soccer staff, nutritional diet plans, fitness programs, squad gym training sessions and regular pitch training available to all players; your opportunities to improve and progress are endless.
Our aim is to promote Women’s soccer in a more positive light. Team bonding is a priority for us and we will make sure to make you feel part of our family before you even touch the ball. So why not dust off those boots and come down for a game of soccer, you will not be disappointed. Should you have any questions/queries or would like to learn more about our Lades Soccer programs at UCC you can contact our staff through email, Facebook and twitter.
